It's a fine weather today on Christmas day.

Slopes and trees look very beautiful with snow.

MOIWA is well known throughout Niseko as a ski resort with historical roots.

Our exceptional powder snow, abundant snowfall, wide-reaching gentle slopes

and fantastic view of Mt. Yotei which are also well renowned.

It was great Christmas day and greatest powder snow.

Ski Guides came with customers also.

As the year rolls to an end but season in MOIWA just started.

It will soon become last half of December and the snow season reaches its peak.
Everyday many skiers and snowboarders are enjoying themselves in MOIWA.

National Athletic team from Okinawa came to MOIWA for their training this week.
They are challenging to set a new record using time recorder.

Also lots of racing skiers spending time to practice everyday.
We see their family give each other encouragement.
MOIWA is a supporter of competitive skiing and snowboarding.

Long-awaited Quad Lift with Hood just started to operate today.

It will bring you to the top of 1,574 meter summit of Mt.MOIWA.

There are great courses from the top of the mountain.

Sky Slope a grand course of 2,000 meters long overlooking Mt.Yotei.

You are embraced by a magnificent landscape.

Giant Run which from the mountain peak to the right is an ungroomed zone

that has an average gradient of 24 degrees and above for the

advanced skiers　and snowboarders.

Shirakaba Slope a popular slope of powder snow through the forest of white birches.

In Sky Slope you may even be treated with the vision of diamond dusts

on a cold morning.

Lots of skiers and snowboarders are gathered and enjoyed with

plenty of powder snow in MOIWA Ski Resort.

Amount of snowfall in MOIWA is more than 1 meter

because of heavy snow on the weekend.

The snow has come that we have been waiting for!

Definitely, tomorrow morning there will be excellent powder snow

in MOIWA Ski Resort!

The girl in the picture, who has been coming to MOIWA every winter

for practicing competitive skiing.

MOIWA is widely known for competitive skiing through the ages

and bring some remarkable Olympic and The World Cup athletes.

MOIWA Ski Resort support and cheer up of competitive skiing and snowboarding.

Poles, time recorders, etc. are available. Please feel free to call us for details.

We host time races every Sunday for this season.

We will hold "Village race" on 20th (Sun) Dec.

It's been raining since morning. Despite the bad weather,

We had first customer for this season in MOIWA Ski Resort.

Unfortunately,it started to raining from afternoon.

We have high expectations snowfalls.

Normal operation will be started from December 13th (Sun.)

Please use our free shuttle bus service from Hirafu to MOIWA.

Lift charge will be flat fare 500yen for all adult and children!
Only One coin.
We will operate only Two-Seat Lift on 12th. We will open Expert Run
and Forest Run.

Also Season Lift tickets are on sale.

Shuttle bus service will start from December 13th (sun).

You can also enjoy great variety of menu at restaurant.
We serve you delicious food after your activity at restaurant
in Rest House Sanroku Center Lodge.
We are expecting your visit!

For customers safe we complete maintenance and checks for the lift and slopes.

Precaution Statement

1, Pre Open event is only for Dec 12th (Sat.). One coin ￥500 service only apply to Dec. 12th(Sat).

2, Only Two-Seat Lift is in service at this moment. Quad Lift will be in service around the last half of December. You may also be aware that you can always check the latest information of Lift operation and snow conditions on our website.

3, Free Shuttle bus service from Hirafu area to Moiwa Ski Resort will start from Dec. 13th(Sun.)

What a blizzard!

There was a strong snow storm here in Niseko Moiwa Ski Resort.

White powder snow as far as the eyes can see!　

The long anticipated world famous powdered snow has burst forth from

the skies as expected. Which is no wonder why all staff here were very excited!　

Snow gloomer was running full out to grooming slope.

We are planning to open around middle of December.

We will keep you updated 　with　information as it is made available.

It is a beautiful blue sky here in Moiwa Ski resort.
The view and scenery is spectacular from Center Lodge!

We made final checks before opening here.
Going over the lift for carrying out customers safety,
putting on a workshop for snow gloomer.

Our staff listened avidly to make attractive slope for customers.

We have cozy atmosphere here!

We have light snowfall here, everybody expecting heavy snows.

Hot season is coming in MOIWA Ski Resort! Mt. Yotei covered up with white snow.

We are ready to open for this winter.

Opening ceremony held today and many people came to celebrate here including Mayor of NISEKO.

There are so many attractive faces this season in MOIWA Ski Resort. We have lots of events for Powder Snow bum, race skier and family and everyone who loves this season.
